You will learn or get a refresher on the specifics of integrating self-care into your life. In this interactive, online professional development training, you’ll develop strategies around resilience and hardiness as well as processing your own emotions. This self-care program will give you some of the space you need to process and reflect as well as the skills to help you manage and prevent burnout and thrive “intentionally” with healthy boundaries, emotional literacy, work/life balance, community, and adding creative outlets.
This interactive online program will be offered synchronously via Zoom—you’ll need access to a stable internet connection. There will be breakout sessions to connect with other participants. Participation is encouraged—this is not a recorded session. |
