EFNEP Cooking Matters Class in Westbrook

University of Maine Cooperative Extension Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program is free to eligible:
Adults with children in the household
Young adults 19-25 years old

This class includes:
Weekly cooking with fresh food to bring home
Food budgeting
Choosing healthy foods
Meal planning
Food safety
Cooking tips and more!

Participants receive free cooking tools and a $10 gift card!
