Strengthening Your Facilitation Skills, Level 2, is a workshop series designed to teach citizens to effectively lead community groups by deepening their understanding of meeting climate, conflict theory and practice, trust, collaboration, juggling or balancing, and leadership. This is a seven-part course, taking place every second Tuesday as follows:  Jan. 29, Feb. 12, Feb. 26, March 12, March 26, April 9 and April 23.
