Preserving the Maine Harvest: Fermenting Vegetables (webinar)

Join the University of Maine Cooperative Extension food preservation staff for a lively discussion and demonstration on how to preserve Maine foods throughout our growing season.

This webinar will include:

  • Demonstration: Fermenting sauerkraut,
  • Explanation of the science of fermentation,
  • Discussion on steps to success,
  • Answering participants’ questions

$5 optional donation is appreciated.
