Learn to make your own home canned salsa with University of Maine Cooperative Extension staff and Master Food Preserver volunteers. We will learn how to safely preserve tomato salsa using the boiling water bath method. Participants will receive recipes and a jar of salsa. Please bring a potholder with you to class.
This workshop will take place at UMaine Extension Franklin County Office, 138 Pleasant St. #1, Farmington, ME. Space is limited and registration is required.
