Come join master fermenter Sean Doherty as he leads this week’s Fermentation Friday – Sean will be talking about fermenting what you forage, and, as a group, we will all make Kimchi, among other things.
*Please bring some sort of glass jar with a lid, and a reusable container with you to each session – it’s more likely than not that you’ll be bringing home something to keep on fermenting!
