Diane Sweeney is an author and educational consultant. In this professional development workshop sponsored by the University Training Center for Reading Recovery and Maine Partnerships in Comprehensive Literacy, she will discuss tools and strategies for offering instructional coaching to K-12 teachers, collaborating on lesson and unit planning, best practices for focusing on student learning, and leveraging openings into coaching partnerships. The workshop is designed for K-12 instructional coaches, school leaders, administrators, teacher-leaders and other professionals interested in student-centered coaching.
