March 7, 2022 @ 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm

2022 4-Part Hands-On Workshop Series

This QuickBooks for Farmers workshop series, offered by Austin Associates, is an introductory course to familiarize farmers with the QuickBooks Desktop basics. This course will be taught from the ground up to cover the following topics: Chart of Accounts, Invoicing, Recording Expenses, Reconciling Accounts, Pulling Basic Reports, and Managing Vendors and Customers. This is a hands-on workshop so you need either a desktop or a laptop (either PC or Mac) available. You also need the desktop version of QuickBooks (software is included with pre-registration).

Workshops will be held via Zoom on March 7, 8, 14, and 15 from noon–2:00 p.m. To receive a certificate of completion, all four workshops are required.

Pre-registration is required in order to provide you with the necessary QuickBooks desktop software at no charge to you. A zoom invite link will be sent out once you have successfully registered.

The cost of this workshop and software for participants is covered by the UMaine Extension’s Equipping New Farmers with Practical Skills and Knowledge Project: USDA NIFA Grant #2021-70033-35716.
