The Pathways to Careers (PTC) initiative is one of the three system-wide efforts aimed at improving Student Success and Retention under UMS TRANSFORMS. PTC strives to increase:
- access to career-related experiences for all of our students;
- the quality of our students’ career-related experiences; and
- coordination among UMS universities in our stewardship of these experiences.
Members of the campus community are invited to submit ideas for initiatives to include in the Pathways to Careers proposal.
