It has established itself as the state’s leading resource for fostering innovation and driving commercialization, serving both the campus community and outside businesses and organizations.

A bio-inspired coating on commercial catheters that can reduce the need for antibiotics making them safer for patients.
WAVED Medical
WAVED is a patented risk-assessment technology that uses a patient’s mammographic history and clinical data to identify the physical markers believed to be linked to malignant tumor onset and growth, leading to early detection of breast cancer.
