Join the Flowering in the North team for this series of webinars designed to help flower farmers prepare for a successful 2022 season.
This 4-session series, held on the evenings of Feb. 28 through March 3 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., will include presentations, Q&A, group discussion, and brainstorming opportunities.
An additional in-person networking opportunity will be held during the afternoon of Sunday, March 6 at Longfellow’s Greenhouses in Manchester.

Session One, Feb. 28: Flowering and Irrigating in High Tunnels
Session Two, March 1: Deep Dive into Popular Varieties: Mums, Anemone, Ranunculus, and more.
Session Three, March 2: Planning the Season: Succession Planting
Session Four, March 3: Maintaining Happy Blooms: Post-Harvest Handling
Add-on Session Five, March 6 (additional $15 per person): In the afternoon, this in-person networking opportunity at Longfellow’s Greenhouses in Manchester — includes refreshments and an update from the Maine Flower Collective Project.
Session fees:
Webinars only: $60
Webinars and one in-person networking: $75
In-person networking opportunity: $15 per person. You are not required to join the webinar sessions in order to participate in the networking opportunity.
