Bio:
Peyton is a Fruit and Vegetable Researcher in Cooperative Extension based at the University’s research station, Highmoor Farm, in Monmouth, ME. She evaluates growing practices across a wide range of crops to create resources that make farming easier, more sustainable, and more profitable. Her ongoing garlic program informs farmers and home gardeners about best practices for growing a great garlic crop with a focus on pest and disease management.
