The University of Maine Cooperative Extension will host an outdoor meeting for corn silage growers to look at and learn about corn silage varieties that were planted at the Maine Farm Days site in Clinton. This is an opportunity to see new varieties as you plan next year’s seed order. Corn seed dealers will be on hand to discuss what was planted. Additionally, there will be a discussion about herbicide choices, weed control, and interseeding cover crops. Attendees will be able to earn one pesticide recertification credit for attending.
This meeting will be held outside to allow for social distancing.
