Drawing from her experience as a longtime Occupational Therapist, Heather drives positive change with pizza dough made with 100% Maine-sourced grain and by creating jobs for individuals with unique needs such as autism, cerebral palsy, and addiction recovery. This visit will take place in Hitchner Hall’s Food Pilot Plant so bring your friends and appetites.
