This free event is for Parents and Caregivers that are managing the chaos of life and seeking tips and tricks to help balance it all. The six different presentations will provide an opportunity for questions for the presenters at the end of the session.

Creating good financial health and sticking to it is not an easy task. In this session, we’ll learn skills to help pay your bills, work towards saving, set financial goals, and learn about financial resources with our presenter from New Ventures Maine.
November 8, 2022: Balancing Everyday Stress
Your mental health is just as important as your physical health. Family life can be stressful and overwhelming which is why it is important to identify stressors and productive ways to handle them. Our presenter, a Human Development Specialist from The University of Maine Cooperative Extension, will guide us through an engaging conversation.
