On Monday, Sept. 27 at 3 p.m., the Department of History presents its first talk in the Fall 2021 History Symposium Series via Zoom. Jennifer McCutchen (University of Southern Maine) will present a talk titled “My Son’s Behavior Has Covered Me With Shame”: Gunpowder’s Impact on Generational Notions of Masculinity in the Creek Confederacy.”
