This two-session workshop will provide youth with the ingredients needed to participate in a bake-a-long project with Chefs Rob and Ellie. A sourdough starter will be sent along with instructions on how to feed it (so you can see it come alive) in preparation for the workshop. We request that an adult accompany any youth who is not comfortable using an oven. For Ages 10+. Tuesday will be preparation day â making and prepping their dough. Wednesday will be shaping and baking.
