The University of Maine System Brightspace Virtual Symposium will be taking place on Thursday, May 14 and Friday, May 15.
The agenda includes:
- Opening Session including UMS Chancellor Dannel Malloy and Keynote presentation by John Baker, CEO of Desire2Learn (“When Learning Saved The World: How Life After the Covid-19 Pandemic will be Different”)
- Final Session Topics and Presenters
- Symposium Accommodation Request form

This 2-day event is open to the entire UMS community and will provide faculty and teaching and learning staff the opportunity to connect and engage as the university continues to migrate instruction to the new Brightspace Learning Management System for Fall 2020.
