Tour Bissell Brothers Three Rivers Brewery and hear about food fermentation. Brian Perkins, research assistant professor in the School of Food and Agriculture at the University of Maine, will talk about his work with general food fermentation (including brewing). He and his grad students are doing some cool stuff with kombucha, sauerkraut, kvass and beer.
