The Emera Astronomy Center public show “Solar Flares and Salazar — An Art/Science Collaboration” is based on artist Salazar’s series of eleven “Solar Flare” paintings. The art/science public event at Emera Center is a ‘full-dome’ production with five public evening programs during November. Roland Salazar said, “Solar Flares and Salazar was created as an art/science video to call additional attention to the existential threat now posed to our environment, and the critical need for us to become responsible stewards on Mother Earth.”…
