Smoked Chicken Seminar (Falmouth)

In this seminar, Dr. Knight will demonstrate how to prepare whole chickens to make delicious smoked barbeque chicken using a charcoal smoker. Kathy Savoie, a registered dietician and Extension educator for nutrition and food safety, will discuss safety and hygiene related to handling raw and cooked chicken.
