Seafood HACCP Alliance Segment II (virtual)

January 15 @ 8:45 am - 4:30 pm

Participants will not be admitted into the course without a physical copy of the Fish and Fishery Products Hazards and Controls Guide, 4th Edition (2011), which can be purchased from IFAS Extension Bookstore: (opens in a new tab/window). Attendees should become familiar with the layout of the guide and review each chapter prior to attending Segment II. Each attendee must have a copy of the guide.

Send proof of completion of Segment 1 to Theresa Tilton at theresa.tilton@maine.edu on or before Jan. 11, 2021; Segment I must be completed before Segment II; however you can register for Segment II anytime in order to hold your spot. More information about Segment I can be found at: seafoodhaccp.cornell.edu/.
