Seafood HACCP Alliance Segment II (virtual)

Participants will NOT be admitted into the course without a physical copy of the Fish and Fishery Products Hazards and Controls Guide, 4th Edition (2011), which can be purchased from IFAS Extension Bookstore: (opens in a new tab/window). Attendees should become familiar with the layout of the guide and review each chapter prior to attending Segment II. Each attendee must have a copy of the guide.
