Seafood HACCP Alliance Segment II (Falmouth)

Participants will not be admitted into the course without a physical copy of the Fish and Fishery Products Hazards and Controls Guide, 4th Edition (2011), which can be purchased purchased from IFAS Extension Bookstore (opens in a new tab/window). Attendees should become familiar with the layout of the guide and review each chapter prior to attending Segment II.
Each attendee must have a copy of the guide. A few copies of the guide will be available for rent at the UMaine Segment II course at a cost of $50. Individuals wishing to rent the guide must contact Theresa Tilton immediately after registering (942.7396) to determine if a copy is available for lease.
