Seafood HACCP Alliance Segment II (Bangor)

Participants will not be admitted into the course without a physical copy of the Fish and Fishery Products Hazards and Controls Guide, 4th Edition (2011), which can be purchased from IFAS Extension Bookstore. Attendees should become familiar with the layout of the guide and review each chapter prior to attending Segment II.
Each attendee must have a copy of the guide. A few copies of the guide will be available for rent at the UMaine Segment II course at a cost of $50. Individuals wishing to rent the guide must contact Theresa Tilton immediately after registering (942.7396) to determine if a copy is available for lease.
