Sanitation Course for Food Businesses (online)

In this blended learning sanitation course, consisting of pre-work videos and knowledge assessments and a live three-hour Zoom workshop, you will learn the essentials of food processing sanitation. Topics covered include Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures, choosing the correct Sanitizers and Cleaners, sanitation application, Pest Management Programs, Record Keeping and Implementing SSOPs in your facility/Kitchen.

Who should attend: QC staff, QC directors, kitchen managers/operators, plant managers, line workers.
