Rhubarb Use and Preservation (online)

Rhubarb is one of Maine’s earliest crops ready for harvest. Join Cooperative Extension for a demonstration on freezing this delicious and nutritious perennial. Learn about best practices for safe food preservation. We will also review other methods for preserving rhubarb as well as using it fresh. Recipes will be provided to participants.
