Recipe to Market: Is it for Me? (Farmington)

This half-day workshop will introduce participants to important topics that an aspiring entrepreneur needs to consider before deciding to start a food business. Topics that will be presented include an overview of the specialty food industry, business tips for financial success, an overview of the product development process, licensing and regulations, and food safety concerns. Louis Bassano, Regional Small Business Educator, Beth Calder, Food Science Specialist, and Jim McConnon, Business and Economics Specialist will be the instructors for the workshop.
