Preserving the Maine Harvest: Preserving Strawberries (online)

Join University of Maine Cooperative Extension food preservation staff for a lively discussion and demonstration on how to preserve Maine foods throughout our growing season.

In this session, we will: Demonstrate preserving low-sugar jam and freezing strawberries, discuss low-sugar pectins and alternative sweeteners, explain how to use frozen fruit in jams and jellies, and answer your questions
