Preserving the Maine Harvest: Preserving Herbs (online)

Join University of Maine Cooperative Extension food preservation staff for a lively discussion and demonstration on how to preserve Maine foods throughout our growing season.

In this session, we will: Discuss a variety of methods for preserving herbs, demonstrate how to make herbal vinegars and herb pesto, and answer your questions.
