Preserving the Maine Harvest: Introduction to Boiling Water Bath Canning (online)

Join University of Maine Cooperative Extension food preservation staff for a lively discussion and demonstration on how to preserve Maine foods throughout our growing season.

In this session, we will: Demonstrate how a boiling water bath canner works, explain the science of boiling water bath canning, discuss recommended equipment, including canning jars and tools, and answer your questions.

$5 suggested donation.
