Preserving the Maine Harvest: Freezing Fiddleheads and Refrigerator Spring Pickles (online)

Join University of Maine Cooperative Extension food preservation staff for a lively discussion and demonstration on how to preserve Maine foods throughout our growing season.

In this session, we will: Demonstrate how to freeze fiddleheads and make refrigerator spring pickles, highlight the ease and convenience of refrigerator pickles, discuss the storage and use of spring vegetables and answer your questions.
