University of Maine Cooperative Extension’s hands-on food preservation workshops will teach you the basics of canning and freezing tomatoes, including how to use pressure canners and hot water bath canners. Learn from the experts. Please bring a potholder with you to the workshop. The $20 fee includes all materials.
