Ever wonder how to make your own delicious pickles? University of Maine Cooperative Extension’s hands-on food preservation workshop will teach you the basics of canning pickles, including how to use a water bath canner to safely preserve pickles. Learn from the experts. Fresh produce and canning jars will be provided. Participants are requested to bring a pot holder to the workshop.
