This 2-day in-service training for agriculture service providers will focus on crop and forage production, soil quality, precision agriculture, pest management, and more (see the agenda below for details). CEUs and Pesticide Applicator Recertification Credits requested.
Due to Covid-19, it was decided that the typical 2-day Ag Service Provider training would be provided remotely and with a different format. To improve learning effectiveness, the training has been broken up into two 3-hr events on Jan 27 and 28 (the typical dates), and seven lunch and learn events have been added at noon on Thursdays in February and March. Participants can attend any and/or all of these. The pricing has been structured such that if you attend all, you can earn 13 credits, and with that option, the per credit cost is the lowest. If you can only attend two or three sessions, you can do that too.
This is a two-day event, Jan. 27 and 28, from 9 a.m.–12:30 p.m. both days.
Lunch and Learns will follow on Thursdays, starting Feb. 4 and ending April 1, Noon–1 p.m.

Feb. 11 — Soil and Water
Feb. 18 — Soil management/ Crop management
Feb. 25 — Crop Management and Soil Fertility
March 11 — Crop Management
March 18 — UMCE Organizational Meeting (no program)
