Fall is garlic planting time. Growing garlic is fun and easy and increasingly popular in Maine. Learn how to grow garlic for the first time or how to improve your garlic crop. We will cover all aspects of garlic culture and how to deal with challenges including disease management. Garlic makes nearly everything taste better and it has health benefits, as well. David Fuller, agriculture and non-timber forest products professional with University of Maine Cooperative Extension will lead this class.
