FSPCA Preventive Controls for Human Food Training

Upon completion of this 20-hour (2.5 days) course, the trainee will become a FDA-recognized “Preventive Controls Qualified Individual” (PCQI).
Cost: $250.00 per person (Maine businesses), $500 (out-of-state). Price includes breakfast, snacks, lunch, PCHF Textbook and Participant Workbook, and individually numbered certificate from the Preventive Controls Alliance and the Association of Food and Drug Officials.
This training runs for two and a half days:
Wednesday and Thursday, June 6–7, 8 a.m.–5 p.m and Friday, June 8, 8 a.m.–noon.
