October 15 @ 4:00 pm - 5:30 pm

For many entrepreneurs, pitching on ABC’s “Shark Tank” can be a make or break moment for their startup, so how did one UMaine alum get there? Inspired by the water crisis in Flint, Michigan, Eric Roy took matters into his in own hands and created a specialty water filter to send to the devastated families. Discover how this former Black Bear went from working as a scientist and testing filters in his own bathroom to pitching his new company on Shark Tank and landing a $400,000 deal with Mark Cuban during an interactive, virtual event hosted by the Foster Center for Student Innovation.

Limited online “seating,” so RSVP to secure your spot.
