Food Preservation Workshop (Presque Isle)

The University of Maine Cooperative Extension will be offering a food preservation workshop at the Presque Isle office from 1–5 p.m. on July 21. This is a “hands-on” class that will cover water bath and pressure canning, freezing and drying.
