Learn healthy cooking and eating tips for you and your family.
At each lesson, we will:
- Discuss making budget-friendly, healthy choices
- Cook a meal together
- Receive ingredients to prepare a recipe at home
Participants will receive a cookbook upon completion of the class.
These workshops are held weekly on Mondays, 10:30 a.m.– 12:30 p.m. with exception of Jan. 20 and Feb. 17, ending Feb. 24
