This workshop on SafeFood Handling is designed specifically for volunteers. You will learn planning, purchasing, sorting food supplies, preparing food. transporting, storing and serving cooked foods and handlling leftovers.
There is a $15 fee paid to the instructor to cover the cost of the manual and the instant read thermometer.
