Center for Advanced Forest Systems Annual Meeting

The 11th Annual Center for Advanced Forestry Systems Meeting will be held in Burlington, VT, June 12–13, 2018, hosted by the University of Maine. The meeting will include a one-day indoor session with project updates and final reports as well as an IAB Executive Committee meeting, followed by a one-day field tour that will include a visit to private timberlands, a maple sugaring operation, and research trials from the University of Vermont. The field tour is being co-organized by Dr. Aaron Weiskittel of the University of Maine and Dr. Anthony D’Amato of the University of Vermont.
The Center for Advanced Forestry Systems (CAFS) is a National Science Foundation Industry/University Cooperative Research Center (NSF I/UCRC) that bridges top forestry research programs with industry members to solve complex, industry-wide problems.
