The Personalized Events Calendar retrieves events that meet the criteria that you specify.  It can also be used to generate a calendar that only shows events for a particular sponsor for the current day, week, or month, which can be used to create a dynamic link to the calendar from your website.  Feel free to link to the personalized calendar from your web page using the below instructions.

Linking to the Events Calendar from your Website:

1. Select the View - Select a view type from the "View" pulldown menu.  When the calendar is generated, it will automatically retrieve the events for the current Day, Week, or Month.

2. Select the Content to Show - Select the content to show from the four selection boxes.  Your calendar can be personalized based on Sponsor(s), Categor(ies), Cost Type, and Location.  Leaving a selection box set at 'No Preference' will retrieve for all of the selection.  To make multiple selections, hold the control (ctrl) key (Apple key on Mac) while clicking the desired selections.

3. Generate Personalized Page - Click the "Generate" button to generate the personalized page.

4. Copy Link of Personalized Page - Once the calendar is retrieved, it will automatically retrieve for the current day/week/month (depending on the view you selected).  Copy the link in your web browser's address bar as the link for the hyperlink on your website. 
   
   *Note: Be sure not to browse the days of the calendar before copying the link, or the calendar will only be generated for that particular date.

5. Add Link to your Website - you can now add a link to your website with the hyperlink that you copied that will automatically retrieve the events for the criteria you specified.
